Reduce the JIGG emission rate by 90%

Recently we have realized the high APR is one of the factors that will stimulus cause inflation. As a team we always aim for a long run so we came to the conclusion that we need do something about the APR.

We want to make the deflation rate higher than the emission rate by reducing the amount of JIGG minted per block from all the farms from 1 JIGG per block to 0.1 per block. It means the JIGG block reward for the farms will be reduced by 90%.

By reducing the emission rate and burning JIGG tokens from time to time, we will reduce inflationary pressures to somehow decrease the selling pressure.

In the future we will always try to make more JIGG to leave circulation than the amount of JIGG that’s produced.
